Will Obama be Time Magazine's Person of the Year?

Each year when the editors over at Time magazine decide on who they'll name as their "Person of the Year," speculation goes into a frenzy. Not this year.

Everyone (us included) are pretty confident that we'll be seeing President elect Barack Obama gracing that all important cover for 2008.

However, Time managing editor Richard Stengel is still planning to host a panel this week to vote and decide on who might get the coveted spot.

Hoping to trick people into thinking it might be some other mystery person, an insider at the magazine said, "You'll notice that we've tried to be very creative with our Person of the Year choices in recent years." While that may be true, we still have our money on Obama.
