Matt Damon Backs Obama - Barack Obama

Matt Damon has announced he'll be one of the celebrity judges for MoveOn.org's Obama In 30 Seconds ad contest.

The contest allows Barack Obama supporters to create thirty second advertisments to explain why they back Obama's candidacy for president. The winning spot will be broadcast on national television.

Other judges include Ben Affleck, John Legend, Oliver Stone, Moby, and the Reverend Jesse Jackson.

First of all nothing about this race has anything to do with race. A black man or woman in the white house is a great Idea. In face any race or relegion would be fine with me as long as they loved America, it's ideas, and supported strong national defense, energy independence which includes drilling for more oil at a rapid pace and putting nuclear power plants online at a rapid pace. Oh yea they have to defend America from all threats foreign and domestic. There is no evidence that Barrack Obama is up to this task. Obama has a plan he will just explain it to us later! Obama does not want to drill or put nuclear power plants at the rate necessary. My friends Solar and Wind energy, on the scale needed to power our nation, is impossible. The Republican party has the only real solutions and they have the resolve to protect this nation. The democatic party is no longer the party it used to be. Poor record on national defense, overrun with left wing radicals who would not defend themselves if there kids were being murdered. Militant environmentalist who have no credible evidence that global warming is not natural. Left wing animal rights groups and tree huggers. Let me say one thing, I love nature, but in the end we can both drill and be energy independent while at the same time preserving nature. Good Day!
