Democratic Convention Goes Jersey Style

Barack Obama
Barack Obama is showing his supporters that he's not afraid to rock out. According to the Rocky Mountain News, before he gives his acceptance speech at Invesco Field on Thursday night, Bon Jovi will be taking the stage.

Then to end the evening on a Jersey-style night, Bruce Springsteen is set to perform! Springsteen's rep denies that he'll perform, but we just think they're trying to keep it a big secret!

Plus it totally makes sense, since the Boss has a six day gap during his tour this week.

I wish these rock stars would stop endorsing and supporting democrats.... everytime they do .... they don't win. Bon Jovi supported Al Gore (lost) and Kerry (lost)... I think these celebs are nothing but a jinx!

Denver has it wrong -- no Bon Jovi, no Jon Bon Jovi or Bruce. Get it right Denver before reporting it

FYI
Bon Jovi apparently IS throwing a lavish and expensive as ALL hell party on behalf of Mr. Obama - at his home in NJ. He did it for AL Gore too. I remember b/c I had to take a detour home because our road was blocked! Guarantee it will be something off the wall like $20k for a ticket to come to the party. Chances are, he'll probably perform for his guest. By the way, Bruce only lives 10 minutes from him -so another good chance he'll show up!
