As we reported earlier this morning Bail Ling was arrested at LAX airport for stealing $16 dollars worth of stuff from the terminal shop.

Her mugshot was just released. I actually think that it's the best she's ever looked. She always looks so whack on the red carpet. The "I'm so sad I just got arrested" look is a great one for her.

Most celeb's look horrible without makeup (J-Lo) but Bai still looks hot!
