Scary Spice Taking Murphy to Court

Scary Spice is taking her alleged baby daddy Eddie Murphy to court. "He's not doing a DNA test and he's not signing the birth certificate," Brown told People. "So it's going to have to go to court so he can be forced to do it, which is strange since he was the one asking for it."

Melanie Brown also revealed that Murphy has not contacted her since Angel was born, Brown said: "He hasn't seen his daughter. My people have contacted his people and they just had no response to anything."

Even though they are going through all this drama Brown still refers to Murphy as "a great guy," she added: "I just think no woman should have to go through that and no baby should have to go through that. Be responsible. What else can you say?"

The only problem I have is how Melanie keeps telling every magazine she can the DNA drama. It's like she wants to ruin him and people to hate him because she does. I don't know his side of the story, I haven't heard him publically say no to a DNA test so I don't know if what she is saying is true or not. But she is coming off as a scorned bitch who is in it for publicity and for the money and not for the betterment of her child.

What's very strange on Eddie Murphy's part is he was the one who demanded a paternity test before the Baby was born! He said it in a few interviews. It was Eddie NOT Mel B. who has been vocal about their relationship. In fact he was down right nasty about her. Whatever Mel did - it really really pissed him off! But that doesn't mean he should punish 'his' Baby daughter. Eddie please don't play that 'Black man ain't gonna bother to deal with the kid or the Momma, cause I gotta my other kids to look after.' Routine. Eddie better take the damn DNA & stop shaming that little girl & her Mom. No matter what Mel B did,she doesn't deserve Global Humiliation! Eddie should put aside his anger & difference & treat the Baby with the upmost respect & dignity. The Baby is innocent!
