Nas and Kelis Expecting Their First Baby!

Congratulations to Nas, 35, and Kelis, 29, who are expecting their first child together!

A source close to Nelly says this was a planned pregnancy, adding, "They've been trying for a while ... I think it finally happened."

"It's all they are talking about. She is carrying hip-hop royalty!" says the insider. "They are so excited."

This will be Nas’ second child. He already has a ten year old daughter named Destiny. But it’s the first for Kelis, so congrats to the mom-to-be!

Still no word on the sex of the baby, but we hear she already has a baby bump.

The couple tied the knot in a small ceremony in Atlanta in January 2005. It’s official! 2009 is baby crazy!
