Stars React to 2011 Emmy Nominations

The 2011 Emmy Nominations were announced today and Mad Men led the pack with an impressive 19 nominations. Boardwalk Empire and Modern Family also did amazing with 18 and 17 nominations respectively.

Stars are reacting to the Emmy nominations to Hollyscoop. Here’s what they had to say about this very exciting morning:

“I am beyond thrilled that our show has achieved such recognition from the Academy. It is testament to the hard work of all our cast and crew and indicative of the pride we take in making each episode. Additionally, I'm very excited to be included in such an amazing group of individuals for lead actor. All in all a great morning.”

“I didn't know what was happening, I had absolutely no idea I got completely confused because they were prompting me with to read. When I saw my name and I didn't know why Joshua [Jackson] was reading my name then I saw my show name and I was like ‘what's happening?’. I literally didn't know what was happening and when I figured out what I thought was happening I couldn't get my breathe everything got loud I kept humming in my ears ‘oh god please don't pass out.’ I have no memory after that I was shocked and overwhelmed.”
