The "Live" talk show host will take over "who are you wearing" duties for the ABC Academy Awards show February 24th.
Reeg is no rookie to the Oscars, he served as the main red carpet correspondent in the 70's. My how things have changed since then!
Oscar producer Dennis Doty says, "Regis is the perfect guy to serve as host," said. "He knows everyone and everyone loves Regis! I'm thrilled that he has agreed to be the ringmaster for this year's extravaganza."
I think Regis will do a great job. Plus he's got all those years of sitting next to Kelly Ripa that's made him totally metro, so he'll be able to talk designers with the celebs. What do you guys think?
