Audrina Buys A Swanky New Home

If there's anything we've learned from the The Hills its that they pay their "actors" well. Audrina Patridge moved out of Lauren Conrad's multi million Hollywood Hills home only to buy her own...in the same neighborhood.

Audrina just spent her hard earned cash on a 2,100 square foot home that boasts city views, a wine refrigerator, outdoor barbeque and fountains. The price tag? $1.2 million dollars.

"I love the house. I saw it, and I fell in love with it," she told Us Weekly of the Spanish-style pad.

Considering the fact that Audrina is making almost $700K a year just from The Hills, $1.2 million is nothing for her.
