The 18 year old teen that burglarized Lindsay Lohan and Audrina Patridge's house has officially been charged.

State of California, District Attorney Steve Cooley says, "Prugo... entered an inhabited dwelling house and trailer coach and inhabited portion of a building occupied by Lindsay Lohan, with the intent to commit larceny and any felony."

Prugo is accused of stealing $170,000 in designer jewelry and clothes from Lohan and Patridge.
