Ashton and Michael Kutcher

Ashton has a fraternal twin brother named Michael, who was born with cerebral palsy and successfully underwent a heart transplant when he was 13 years old. The two were quite close growing up in Iowa, until Ashton moved to Los Angeles to pursue his acting career in his early 20s.
