Just months after a fresh round of 'OMG Justin is going to Propose' rumors, they decided to part ways after two years together.
The super private couple wouldn't commit on the split, and neither would their reps, but People magazine did confirm that Ashley is single again. Call it the two year itch.
The only statement he's ever really made about her publicly was about fashion. When asked if Ashley gives him fashion advice he said, "Clearly not. That's what she does for a living, but she definitely doesn't tell me what to wear - she's not shallow."
Ashley has three fashion labels under her belt and a super busy schedule and Justin has been tied up shooting 'The Hangover 2' in Taiwan, so close friends weren't shocked by the breakup.

Megan recalls meeting the girls when she was younger and thinking how socially awkward they were. “They’re nice girls,” Megan said. “The first time I had ever been around someone really famous was them. We were kids, I was about 15 and so were they.
“I saw how awkward socially they were with large groups of people because they had been famous their whole lives and looked at their whole lives and I didn’t understand why anyone would be like that.
“I had no understanding about why you would shut down and be afraid and have phobias, but as it happens to you you sort of develop them and become crazy.”

Ashley and her beau, 'The Hangover' actor Justin Bartha were traveling from New York to Los Angeles yesterday when the pilot was forced to make an emergency landing in Virginia after an electrical fire sparked in the cockpit.
Publicist Phil Lobel, who was a passenger on the plane, told ET Online the incident was a “harrowing experience” as the fire had caused the windscreen to crack, which "obscured the pilot's ability to conduct a visual landing."
Emergency crews met the plane on the runway and helped some of the distraught passengers get off the plane and rebooked for another flight.
Can you imagine having to board another flight just hours after a situation like this?! Scary! We're glad to hear all 100 passengers on board are safe and sound!

Lindsay Lohan, Britney Spears, and even her own twin sister have all found themselves in rehab at one point or another, as a result of years under the media microscope.
But somehow Ashley has managed to stay on the straight and narrow, and has never gotten herself into trouble. And even she is surprised about that!
Ashley tells Marie Claire, "I look at Britney, and I'm surprised I didn't end up like her.
She also says her childhood wasn’t all fun and games, but that it was constant work. “It was almost like I was in the army. School, work, homework, fly to New York, get in at two in the morning, do a morning show at 5am, then another one at seven, then a radio interview at 10."
Ashley must have done something right! And now she’s all grown up, and rather than focusing on TV and movies, is all about fashion.
She has a very successful line Elizabeth & James, and is one of the only former child stars who can honestly say they escaped going through that inevitable rough patch!

The pint size actress did her best to prove she's without child by smoking up a storm and drinking vodka cocktails all night while at an art exhibition in Miami with her boyfriend Nate Lowman, reports Page Six.
MK and her man Nate showed up to the Art Basel scene at the opening of The Station and played tonsil hockey all night, all the while making sure everyone paid attention to her smoking habit. We get it, you're making a point.
MK has already expressed how non-interested she is in becoming a mother. In their coffee table book MK told Karl Lagerfeld, "I don't feel the need to get married." She added, "But Ashley wants children. I'll be a great aunt or godmother." So how long do you guys think it'll be before we start hearing rumors of a Ashley Olsen pregnancy?
