Sorry Twi-hards, but production isn’t exactly going as smoothly as planned on Breaking Dawn. Two of the cast members have held up production on the fourth installment of the Twilight movie franchise, and we’ll give you a hint: it’s not Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart, or Taylor Lautner.
According to inside sources, Ashley Greene and Kellan Lutz, who play Alice and Emmett Cullen, are holding up production due to salary disputes. A source close to the situation tells The Hollywood Reporter, "We may have a situation where one of them is thrown out on the street to make a point."
Obviously Summit Entertainment isn’t afraid to replace an actor, since they booted Rachelle Lefevre for Bryce Dallas Howard, who plays the new Victoria.
Sources say the studio is willing to give Greene and Lutz 10 times what they made on the first movie, but their people called the offers "offensive.”
It’s pretty outrageous how actors can seriously get their panties in a bunch over their salaries. It may not be as much as Rob and Kristen’s paychecks, but this is a recession! Get over yourself!
