Like it or not it's coming! Ashlee Simpson is working on her new album in NYC. Some people think that she can't sing due to her lip synching incident. Call me crazy, but I really liked her old album.

Ashlee was photographed having lunch in New York City and then headed to the recording studio to work on some new material.
