Ashlee Simpson and hubby
Pete Wentz have put their $4.5 million dollar Beverly Hills home up for sale. And no, it's not because Ashlee is
unemployed now.
The couple decided their mansion was simply not "kid friendly" and they're looking for a new home that their son Bronx can grow up in.
A source tells Life & Style magazine, "The house is built into the side of a giant hill and it doesn't really have any yard.
"Now that Bronx is getting older they realized that really isn't a child-friendly house.
"They are going to sell this house and look for something that will be better suited to young children."
The couple bought the home back in January 2007, before they tied the knot in March of 2008 for $4.5 million dollars.
It comes with four bedrooms, a gym, a gourmet kitchen, swimming pool and two-storey guesthouse. Any takers?
