Ashlee Pleads With Paps

Ashlee Simpson

Ashlee Simpson reportedly pleaded with a photographer last week to not take her picture. She was in NYC at boyfriend Pete Wentz’s bar in the East Village when she was outside taking a smoke break, the NY Daily News reports.

"I don't want my fans knowing I smoke!" she said. "It's so bad, but I just crave nicotine sometimes."

Since when do photogs ever listen anyways? I’m surprised we haven’t seen these pictures out there yet cause you know they managed to somehow take them.

She was just smoking. A lot of people smoke. Granted it's not the smartest thing to do, but It's not like she was doing Meth or something. I don't think we have to bash her over this.
