Rapper Snoop Dogg has finally surrendered himself to O.C. police four days after a warrant was issued for his arrest. We hear that the rapper arrived at the Orange Country jail in a dark purple Porsche Carrera, along with a driver and a bodyguard.
According to TMZ.com Snoop's attorney revealed that the rapper was "handled extremely well by the Orange County Sheriff's Dept." while he was booked on one felony count of possession of a deadly weapon. The charge was filed after security officers at John Wayne Airport found a collapsible baton in the entertainer's carry-on luggage in September.
A bail was set at $150,000 and a expedited trial is expected. If convicted, the 35-year-old rapper could be sentenced to three years in prison. The rapper is due back in court on December 4th. Hopefully he will make it on time for this one and not be four days late.
