Busted! '24' actor Kiefer Sutherland was arrested early this morning on misdemeanor drunk driving charges after failing a field sobriety test.
Sutherland was pulled over around 1:35 a.m. in West LA, and was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of driving under the influence. This is the actors second DUI in the past five years--his first one was back in 2004.
When they tested his blood alcohol level he blew over the legal limit of .08 percent, according to LA officer Karen Smith.
Luckily no one was hurt, he was officially booked in Hollywood at 4:09 AM and released at 5:42 AM on $25,000 bail. Sutherland is scheduled to face a judge on October 16.
