Hollyscoop mentioned earlier this week that MTV reality show star, Jason Wahler was arrested again. No surprises there right?
Thankfully, there is a justice system out there because the reality show reject pleaded no contest today to an older charge. He was sentenced to 60 days in Los Angeles County Jail.
Wahler was arrested in September 2006 after a fight. Wahler punched one of the drivers in a vehicle and spit in his face. The drivers called the cops after restraining Wahler. His blood alcohol level at the time of his arrest was .22.
"Wahler must also attend 104 AA meetings, 36 hours of anger management classes and to stay away from all victims. Wahler must also participate in a one-day Museum of Tolerance program because of the numerous racial slurs they uttered during the incident."
Wahler has until May 4 to turn himself in.
