Busta Rhymes turned himself over to the NYPD last night. An unidentified man has accused the singer of beating him up, and the conflict between the two was reportedly over money. He claims that he was punched and kicked by Busta numerous times.

Rhymes has been charged with two counts of assault in the third degree, one count of attempted assault in the third degree, and harassment in the second degree. His bail was set at $3500 this morning and the judge ordered him to stay away from the alleged victim. He is due back in court on February 20.
