These damn actors never learn! Mickey Rourke was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Florida early this morning.
Rourke left a Miami nightclub with a woman around 4 AM and got busted when he made an illegal turn with his Vespa in front of a cop.
According to TMZ.com: "They... crossed Washington Avenue to go to his scooter. They both got on it, and he did a U-turn to go north. He was pulled over within a block. The cop says to him: 'You swerved right in front of me.' And Mickey answered, 'No, no, dude, I'm all right.'"
His drunk ass then told the cop "I'm not drunk, I didn't even drink that much." Needless to say he was arrested and booked at 9:30 AM and is being held on $1,000 bond.
Guess you don't actually need a car to pick up on chicks anymore.
