Apparently in Texas you can't have a prescription for weed? In California you can obtain medical marijuana simply for having a paper cut, apparently they aren't so 420 friendly over in Sierra Blanca, Texas.

Snoop Dogg, whose love-affair with marijuana is a rich and long history, was pulled over at a border patrol checkpoint and a drug sniffing dog found under a half-ounce of weed on Snoop Dogg's tour bus. Lol, a dog found the Doggs weed. I guarantee if you smoke some weed right now, you will find that last line amusing.

Lindsay Lohan recently decided to take it all off for Playboy, as long as they cut her a check for a whopping $1 million dollars. She turned them down before, but she's really not in a position to reject work these days. In fact, it was such an important gig, Lindsay's jail sentence was postponed because of it.

While Lindsay was sentenced to 30 days in prison, she was given one week to turn herself in, because she still has work to finish up on that Playboy shoot. And let's face it, Lindsay spends a lot to maintain her bad girl lifestyle, so she needs this paycheck.

Since 2007, Lohan has forked over more than a million dollars for her rehab and arrests. Her most recent bad behavior splurge? $10,000 bail for violating her probation. Okay, okay, we're getting ahead of ourselves. Let's start from the beginning.

2007:

It all started with Lindsay's month-long rehab stint at Wonderland in 2007. For a month of treatment, the facility charges $58,000. Being a drug addict ain't cheap. Later that year, Lohan takes her first mug shot, when she gets arrested for DUI. The bail cost her $30,000. As a result of this, she reenters rehab at a place called Promises, which cost another $54,500. That brings the total to $142,500.
Rapper and one-hit wonder Soulja Boy has been arrested this morning in Temple, GA for weed possession. It seems like Soulja and his friends were trying to hot box their car.

Hey at least they weren’t trying to “superman dat ho” or some other of the unmentionables from his “Crank That” single.

The 21-year-old rapper, whose real name is actually DeAndre Cortez Way, was pulled over by Temple Police Department around 3:15am and is still being held in Carroll County Jail.

The car Soulja was driving with four of his friends was originally pulled over for a traffic violation. Once the car was stopped, the cop found a “substantial amount” of marijuana and about $70,000 in cash.
It’s barely been twenty-four hours, but rapper T.I. has already been sent back to prison. Why? Officials didn’t like the bus he took to get from the prison to the halfway house.

Meanwhile, the worst that’s happened to Lindsay Lohan from her jail sentence is an uneven tan line from the ankle monitor. Just putting that out there.

According to TMZ, T.I. was supposed to head to a halfway house from prison using a reasonable form of his own transportation. Law enforcement sources say that they allow a private, unescorted mode of transportation, and T.I. told them he would be taking some sort of van.

That van turned out to be a badass, pimped out tour bus. Come on, it’s T.I.! Cops need to understand, a man has to travel from a prison to a halfway house in style.

In 2010, rapper T.I. was sentenced to 11 months behind bars after he was arrested for drug possession. He's been in federal prison since November of last year.

Meanwhile, Lindsay Lohan is signing the checks she got from filming a bunch of commercials while under house arrest in her beachfront apartment. Just saying.

The rapper was released from an Arkansas prison and will now be transferred to either a community living facility or home confinement, according to TMZ.
