Raffaello Follieri's bail has just been set at $21 million! He has been arraigned on six counts of fraud and five counts of money laundering.
Seeing that he bounced a check with only six digits in it not long ago, we don't think he'll be posting bail any time soon. And even if someone ponies up for him and he's released, he'll be on house arrest and monitored by an electric device. His next court appearance has been set for July 9th. Poor Anne Hathaway.
