More Legal Trouble For Anne Hathaway's Boyfriend

Anne Hathaway's boyfriend Raffaello Folleri might be facing some more legal drama. He's been forced to hand over financial records for his charity called the Folleri Foundation, in an investigation led by State Attorney General Andrew Cuomo.

It's unclear why the investigation was started, but there's speculation that it has to do with tax disclosure forms not being filed.

A rep for Hathaway says she has no knowledge about the investigation. Well if she's smart, she'll keep her money far away from her man!
