Did Anne Hathaway Out Raffaello Follieri?

Did Anne Hathaway have a hand in her former boyfriend Raffaello Follieri's arrest? Friends of Follieri are accusing her of turning him to the FBI.

A source tells New York Daily News, "It makes sense. She's referred to as his former girlfriend in the indictment even though her spokesman never confirmed they broke up. I think that in return for her cooperation, the feds held off on arresting Follieri until she was out of the country."

Raffaello was arrested and charged with a dozen counts of federal wire fraud conspiracy and money laundering. Even if she didn't turn him in, it was only a matter of time before he got caught. He was pretending to the chief financial officer of the Vatican! Raffaello is still behind bars, and will remain there until he can post $21 million bail.
