Anne Hathaway's boyfriend has been bad news since day one! Raffaelo Follieri was arrested today for bouncing a $250,000 check. How do you accidentally think you have a quarter million in your account Someone teach this guy how to balance his check book1 Looks like Anne is the breadwinner in this relationship.

Follieri was charged with a misdemeanor for the bad accounting skills, and word is he wasn't even close to being able to cover the amount. Now the question is, what on earth was he buying?
