Anne Hathaway is a married woman! Anne said ‘I Do’ to Adam Shulman in a small ceremony in Big Sur, California on Saturday.
The gorgeous bride wore a custom made Valentino gown with matching headpiece when she married the love of her life.
Around 100 guests attended the private affair, which began on Friday night with a rehearsal dinner at Ventana Inn and Spa.
According to People magazine, the wedding took place at a private estate and the décor was kept simple—it was inspired by nature with tons of branches and flowers used. That’s totally Anne’s style!
Anne is so busy lately (her career is on fire!) was hoping to stay single for a while, but Adam pretty much ruined that plan. "I am very much in love with him, [only] Adam totally ruined my plan," Anne said last year of their relationship. "I was really actually looking forward to a little alone time, and then I fell in love like a fool!"
The wedding was either a last minute decision or they tried to trick the media. She previously said they weren’t getting married until 2013 because she’s going to be busy promoting Les Miserables soon.
She said: "We're getting married, probably sometime next year-ish. Not this year, its too big with two films coming out. I haven't started planning yet. I was filming 'Les Mis' when we decided to do it, and there was no way I could think about anything wedding-related with my head in the space it was in then. I've been so busy since then, I've not even decided what sort of ceremony I want."
Congrats to the gorgeous bride and her very lucky groom.
