Anne Hathaway Gives Up Jewelry From Ex

In yet another twist in the Raffaello Follieri drama, Anne Hathaway has been forced to turn over twelve pieces of jewelry to authorities.

As part of the plea agreement, Raffaello signed off on any right to the jewelry recovered by authorities last month. Anne was given the jewelry as gifts from her ex, which were purchased illegally. A spokesperson for Hathaway has declined to comment.

Follieri pleaded guilty to 14 counts of wire fraud, conspiracy to commit wire fraud, and money laundering in a Manhattan Federal court on Wednesday. He's facing up to 5 years in the pokey. What goes around, comes around. You screw investors and you get screwed, don't drop the soap man.
