Virgie Screws Larry Birkhead - Anna Nicole Smith

Today was the day that Larry Birkhead was supposed to take his daughter Dannielynn home. Unfortunately, it won't be happening because Anna Nicole's desperate for attention mother Virgie Arthur has stepped in and filed an appeal to stop him for taking Dannielynn to the U.S.

Note that this is the lady that was insisting that Anna should be buried in the States and now Grandmother Dearest won't let her grandaughter leave the Bahamas.

There is going to be a public hearing today.

UPDATE: Thankfully, Virgie Arthur's appeal to block Larry Birkhead from leaving the Bahamas was DENIED. It seems that not only are we all annoyed but the judges in the Bahamas are also annoyed because the judge called the appeal "weak" and asked Arthur to pay 3k in attorney fees for wasting the court's time.

Like Larry said "I don't know what she wants" LOL That is because every time she lets a new cat out of the bag her covert manipulation becomes clearer. But never from the very start did Larry waiver. She begun a relationship with Splash Magazine 2 years ago when she sold them Family photos and agreed to work on a book with them, the timing was good after Daniel Died She could have gone to support her Daughter, but she went to the Grave with Splash. Hmmm it is a project to make money, and also to try and get control over potential Marshall money that the baby may get. She is a piece of work that I do not wish on anyone that I know.

Anna wanted nothing to do with her mother for good reasons,she sure would not want her child to be in the clutches of this woman.I mean look at her tacky waving at the camera for attention.... shame on her....she needs to go back to the trailor park where she came from. It is obvious virgie was never a mother to any of her children. The father was never around when Anna was growing up. Anna did it all on her own. Her family in not entitled to a dime!!!

virgie does not want the money she is the grandmother she probably thinks larry and stern will try and keep her away like they kept her from daniel she loved nicole nicole was a drug addict and thats how they behave they hate the people that try to get them off drugs ana should have honored her mother like God says.

Virgie is "mommie dearest" just as Anna said. They(the family) said Anna broke off with them because they were after Marshall's money..WELL..guess what, That is all she's after, I hope that in June she looses so she'll have to pay all Larry's attorney fees. In my opinion she is evil.

I am confused as to what Virgie's argument is here! What claim could she possibly have on the baby, handling the money, or anything else??? She is just desperately trying to benefit from her daughters death and it's pathetic.

This Virgie lady needs to move on with her own life with her husband and those who consider her a relative.... I think the world, by now, is fed up with her stupidity, its a great thing shes paying for the court fees. AND FOR LARRY... CONGRADS ONCE AGAIN.

Virgie is "Grandma Dearest!" On drugs or not..the look on Anna's face stating she does not want her Mother to put a hand on the baby says it all. Go back to Texas Grandma and let her Daddy raise this baby. If you want to help use all this wasted legal money and build her a fund..even though she probably won't need it..back off and let it be...let Anna rest in peace...

Why is always wearing a "mother of the bride" dress with those horrible shoes?? Are there no mirrors in the Bahamas!? And yes I agree with anonymous, about it being over....unfortunately, I think we are a long way from over yet.

its about time, this woman isnt wanting her granddaughter she is just wanting her granddaughters money and thats all its been about since her daughter died and im gld that she didnt get her way and that larry can finally be with his daughter in peace and quiet
