Larry Birkhead’s custody hearing must be going well because he came out from the courtroom with a big smile and said, "I gotta call my travel agent," which obviously means he is a step closer to taking daughter Dannielynn home.

Howard K. Stern was not a happy camper and managed to slam Virgie Arthur because of all the custody games she is playing. Stern said that Virgie "proved herself to be what Anna Nicole always told me."

Anna Nicole’s mother must have not been happy because she snuck out without saying a word.

I don't know how long it will take Larry Birkhead to be able to set up his own life with Dannielynn. Probably NEVER as he may be the biological father of Dannielynn but Howard K Stern will always "own" this baby and as long as that is the case Larry Birkhead will always be stuck between the devil and the deep blue sea. Howard K Stern has guaranteed himself enormous bargaining power by legally tying himself to Dannielynn left right and centre and anyone having any claim to Dannielynn for whatever reason will have to deal first and foremost with Howard K Stern. We have already seen this with Larry Birkhead trying to claim paternity. Howard K Stern has tried to manipulate and sabotage DNA testing for as long as he could get away with. Now he is manipulating Larry Birkheads every move concerning Dannielynns future and what Larry Birkhead wants is only going to eventuate as long as Howard K Stern can benefit from it. Watch Howard K Stern get on the plane with Larry Birkhead and hover around wherever he goes. Wait until the day arrives Larry Birkhead has had enough. The result will be more appeals and Court cases than even Vergie Arthur can muster. This saga is far from over !! Larry Birkhead having rightfully claimed paternity is really only the beginning !!

I sure hope he gets to take Dannielynn home soon. What Virgie is doing to him is awful. What kind of grandmother makes demands, and outrages demands at that? If Virgie Arthur really 'just wants to be a grandma' as she proclaimed, then she would not be pulling all this crap.

I was in Nassau on Friday at the courthouse to see Larry Birkhead emerge from the court room. I held up a banner of support for him. He seemed happy and relaxed. I hope he will soon get to leave the island with Dannielynn so the two can start their life together. She needs her REAL daddy and he needs to be with his little girl. Larry has been such a gentleman throughout this entire nightmare. He will be such a great Dad for Dannielynn. I wish I could be there to see the two of them finally together! I did get some great pictures of Larry during his press conference.

I was hoping that today would bet the final decision regarding Dannylynn. In Judge Seidler's courtroom in Florida, they embraced, and appeared to be on good terms. I remembered that Judge Seidler asked Larry if it turns out that Larry is the natural father (which everyone knew), Virgie would be taking the role as the grandmother, as she should. Larry is wonderful and appears to be liked by all. I don't see or really don't know if she wants joint custody, which Larry isn't going to consider. I really dont' think it is a good idea for all, if Howard Stern is in the courtroom making all these terrible things about Virgie. I am sure it makes her very angry and upset. Maybe if Howard wasn't involved with the custody, they could really hash out their feelings to each other in private. I do believe that she did love Anna. I think that Anna would be very happy that the baby is with Larry.

Larry good for you, you finally to prove your are the father. Hopefully you take a good look at what her Mom went through and make sure Dannilyn doesn't follow in her footsteps. Don't get me wrong Nichole was a confuse, lonely person she had no great direction although we all grow up and make our own choices, hopefully you lead dannilyn in the right direction. As for Howard..I feel bad for you, but I like you. Ppl may not think this, but I think your smart, and stong enough to stay in this with Nichole, you took it all.

Hopefully Larry and Dannielynn will go home soon. Vergie needs to go back to the pasture she came from aand leave the Custody/Guardianship alone. Just be the grandmother, what makes her think she deserves more?

Howard needs to get some love... he's actually doing what is right for the baby. I think he truly loved Anna and Dannilynn and was probably doing what Anna asked him to do. He is stepping up to the plate and even helping Larry with his child. That says a lot about him as a man. VG just wants the money and should be ashamed.

I am so happy for Larry and Dannilynn. This poor little baby needs some stability in her life and I think now that Larry is Finally getting to be a real daddy to his daughter, she will be just fine. I do feel sorry for Howard, but I bet Larry lets him continue to be a part of Dannilynns life. Say what you want about Howard, but when it came down to the absolute truth about who that actual father was - he is a stand up guy. My hat is off to both of these guys. Congratulations Larry and Dannilynn.

I sure hope this is true. Congrats to LB and DL!! LB is usually pretty forthright, so if he says I'm calling agent, I believe him. I can't believe that VA would give up this quick so will sigh a sigh of relief when he's back in the states with DL, and I understand HS frustration. Hope he sues that cow and sends her packing back to Texas.
