A Bahamas judge cleared Larry Birkead to leave the country with his daughter, Dannielynn and take her to their new home in Burbank, Ca. Birkhead will reportedly take the child home on Friday but must return on June 8 for a formal custody hearing. That’s to fight off Anna’s mother Virgie Arthur.
Anna’s tail for many years is "upset and heartbroken" and has to face being "single and on his own for the first time in many years," a source close to Stern told People.
One thing that is evident is that Stern does love Dannielynn. He told Access Hollywood: "I just want Dannie to have a good life, and I'm hopeful that Larry is going to provide that for her, so it's bittersweet. It's hard, but I just want her to be as happy as she can be."
As Birkhead moves forward with his new life and new child, Stern will stay in the Bahamas and reportedly write a book about his life with Anna Nicole Smith. "It will be a cathartic experience for him," says a source.
