Judge Refused Emergency DNA Test

According to new reports, a California judge refused to order an emergency DNA test on Anna Nicole Smith today as part of a paternity suit involving her infant daughter, but he ordered that her body be preserved until a hearing on February 20, attorneys said.

Both Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern claim to be the father of Anna's daughter Dannielynn. Attorneys for Larry Birkhead wanted to be sure Anna's DNA was tested, to prevent what they call a "bait and switch" where another child's DNA would be used as a sample.

Anna's attorney Ron Rale said he has spoken to Stern and he was "incoherent" on the phone.

Victoria - Maybe he did care for her - maybe he didn't - the main thing here is, when a person CARES for someone in their life, they make damn sure to protect them (especially if they're prone to self-destruction - as in, drugs, drinking etc.). From what's coming out in the open though - seems that MR. LEACH was the MAIN PROVIDER for all the drugs being passed around in that circle - Anna - Daniel (who was taking the SAME Prescription and NON-Presc drugs that his mother was using) and others (managers etc.) - including THE LEACH himself (who was ALSO noted as taking those pills/drugs). Also, strange how he was present in BOTH instances (deaths) - and how other people in the hospital heard Anna screaming at him (since he was in the same room when Daniel died) - "It's all your fault - You did this!" ... They (Bahamian authoties), really need to speed up with the investigations leading to this death - and Floridian authorities need to start putting the pressure on him with Anna's death and WHO was supplying her with all these "coctail" subsription drugs!

Regardless of the judge's order, the M.E. went ahead and saved a "large" sample of Anna's DNA. In the end, I think that was a very smart thing to do. I'm with you, Serpie, that Howard "THE LEACH" Stern is as slimy as they come. Hopefully, he'll get his in the end.
