HS Exclusive: Anna Nicole Smith Photos Stolen

Earlier this morning Hollyscoop reported exclusively that there was a Anna Nicole Smith corpse photo floating around and we didn't want to post it to avoid a lawsuit.

We just received a letter from Howard K. Stern's representatives, who also represent Anna Nicole Smith's Estate, asking us to cease and desist from displaying or publishing the picture in any way.

This picture was stolen from Ms. Smith's camera. The picture became the property of Ms. Smith's Estate when she died, and the Estate has requested, and intends to vigorously pursue the return of this item.

Like we already mentioned, the picture was from a previous overdose in the Bahamas. What we’re wondering is why someone would take a picture of her overdosing with her own camera instead of getting her some help. Could her death have been prevented?

So you want to know who would take such a photograph in the first place?,...Howard K. $tern thats who. I am not surprised that $tern would send notification to your offices not to display the picture,...he only intends it to be displayed if he is able to profit from it's display. Anybody can view your site for free so $tern would not benefit in any way therefore he is acting all offended and bent out of shape. Whats the matter Howie,...don't want to take credit for your own handiwork so close to Daniels inquest? JUSTICE FOR ANNA AND DANIEL!!!! :)

I saw a picture on another website. It was suppose to be a picture of her the night she died. It's fake though. The picture was disgusting. People should just let her rest in peace.

This is a true story. I am very close to a family who had a member get addicted to prescription drugs. During one of her wild episodes, a video camera documented her behavior, in order to let her see for herself what the addiction had done to her, hoping to change the course of her life. Sadly, she passed away before she could be shown the video. My point being: Perhaps there was another explaination for the picture being taken, rather than for profit. And this is important.....the person who stole the personal effects from Anna's house and allowed private photo's to be distributed to the media and others, is the is the real low life here and should be prosecuted, rather than the person who took them. Lets be realistic.

I agree completely with sadiemae. I believe HKS was there and is still there to protect Anna and Daniel out of love and concern.

I read that Big Moe her bodyguard released the photos and they belong to him not Howard. Anna gave them to him when she found out about them and asked him to keep them. She was very upset about them. Big Moe also just put out a tribute song to her and is giving all the money to her favorite charity so I don't he is malicious in any way. I do tink HKS is a real piece of work and he will soon be found out for the murderer that he is.

I saw a photo that was on the net, supposedly of Anna with vomit all over her face. I admit that I have never seen a person who had od'd on drugs, and maybe I'm naive. But my first thought was zinc oxide on her lips.

the photo is fake people. search the internet. it's tartar sauce on her face. It's a pic in her room in the Bahamas. It's a spoof! It was taken January 12th.

Hi-I completed agree with Passing through. Howard Stern is a money hungry, parasite who lived with Anna for 3 years. He admittedly stated that he didn't work, and was supported by Anna. He is such a low life, that he called Access Magazine (not sure if it was that magazine)from Florida to have them photograph Anna's funeral. He couldn't have been that distraught. Also in Dr. Purpa's report, he stated that Howard Stern told him the day Anna died, that he woke up that morning, and Anna was so weak that she asked him to help her to the bathroom, which he did I guess. He said never went back to check on her before he went out to sign the papers for the boat. I personally think he is a psychopath, or has some severe psychiatric problems. For anyone interested, Howard Stern will be on Larry King CNN on Wednesday. If you go the Larry King's website, you can send an e-mail to ask a question. I did, and I am sure it will not be used. It was about Daniel's inquest being postponed so many times. I hope I didn't write anything about his high paid lawyers. When are we going to get JUSTICE FOR DANIEL AND ANNA!!!!

I remember when anna died that fateful day,my heart just sank I was heartbroken.I know that fucking lawyer bastard killed her with pills and her son too.The cops need to look at him more closely.Anyways I miss Anna she was one of my favorite woman I shall miss her deeply.
