HS Exclusive: Anna Nicole Smith Corpse Photos Surface

Anna Nicole Smith might be dead but the drama surrounding her death is far from being buried. Eyewitness tell Hollyscoop exclusively that there is a picture of a naked Anna Nicole right after she 'overdosed' and passed away. Although the picture is technically floating around, it won't see the light of day until someone coughs up enough money for it.

“She is lying dead in her bed naked with vomit all over her face,” the eyewitness added.

Anna Nicole Smith passed away earlier this year from an accidental overdose. She choked on her own vomit, which led to her death. Sadly enough whoever was in the room with her saw a photo opportunity and snapped away. Keep an eye out for the picture and remember you heard it here first.

Update: Inside sources are telling Hollyscoop that the picture(which is sitting in our Inbox right now) might actually be of Anna Nicole in the Bahamas during a previous overdose.

There is a photo posted on a crime/gore photo site of Anna Nicole from the upper chest upwards.It looks like it is taken while she is lying in a black body bag.You can see her lips are purplish but there is definitely NO vomit to be seen on her face,she looks very peaceful.

I was watching Larry King. I think the photo there talking about is the one where she's eating. Howard said she was just acting like she always does and she's got food coming from her mouth i bet that's the photo there talking about. she wasn't even dead yet. So all these rumors out here are fake. People need to just quit listening to the media. That's y u don't see a photo cause it's not true. The photo of her and Daneil are true in the hospital after he died, the ones that were stolen from them. Howard said he took that photo only because she wanted him too. Now he did say he heard it hit the internet but i can't find it. the hospital photo that is. If you would have watched Larry King you would have heard all this.

Anna's fatal overdose depressed her respiration and circulation, which was her cause of death. She did not die from asphyxiation, and her autopsy report clearly states that there were no contents in her stomach at the time of death (and it's impossible to completely throw up every single trace of your stomach contents) so your photo must be from a previous overdose. Does anyone else think it's a strange coincidence how there are supposedly photos of Daniel just after he died and now Anna like this...??

Some people apparently forgot the ME said she had NO vomit in or around her person when she died huh? She didn't die from choking on her vomit, she died from an accidental OD from taking too much CH in conjunction with her other meds. The drugs supressed her breathing and her heart stopped. The ME report has been around since March and there is a crime scene report to go with it that also says NOTHING about vomit. If that pic is in fact in existence it's either doctored or of another OD at another time. Let the woman rest in peace, it's OVER.
