After Anna's death, a lot of close friends and family insisted he was responsible for her death, and it turns out their allegations may have been right on the dot.

Howard K. Stern and two doctors were charged with allegedly conspiring to give drugs to an addict from 2004-2007.

Smith died in Feb 2007 when she was found unresponsive in a hotel room at the Hard Rock Hotel in Hollywood, Florida. The cause of death was ruled to be "combined drug intoxication."

Stern, Kapoor and Eroshevich are being charged with a total of 8 felonies.

Stern was arrested and booked by police in Whittier, Calif., with bail set for $20,000. A date for the arraignment is yet to be scheduled.
