Howard Can't Kidnap Dannielynn Yet

Howard K. Stern is not allowed to take Dannielynn outside of the Bahamas. Anna’s mother Virgie Arthur plead to the judge for an injuction preventing Stern from taking Dannielynn away from the island.

According to the NYDN, Anna’s mother blames the death of Daniel and Anna on Howard. You and the rest of the world honey! "There's two common denominators in the deaths of her daughter and her grandchild – drugs and Howard K. Stern," said David Lee, a friend of the family.

And Daniel was taking the same drugs/meds as his mother! Anna never liked her mother because her mother was stern with her (being a cop) - told her that she'd have to "arrest" her if she ever caught Anna with drugs or drink in her room - Anna never wanted people to tell her what to do. Also, Anna's mother told her that she was nearing 40 yrs old and it was time to clean up her act - especially since she had a new baby on the way - Anna, of course, hated that to! Anna made her choices and those choices led to her death AND her son's!

There's another thing that ANS' and her son's deaths have. They both were raised by Virgie Arthur! A legal case can be argued for Virgie not to have Anna's body... Anna's will (before Daniel died) had already written Virgie off and she publicly said (many times) "she is not my mother". Plus some of the drugs ANS was taking were for refractory epilepsy but people like to say she took them for other reasons and yadda yadda.
