Dannielynn Declared Heir to Anna Nicole's Estate

Anna Nicole Smith

Dannielynn hasn't even had her second birthday yet and she's already a multi-millionaire. Anna Nicole Smith's daughter was just declared the sole heir to her mothers estate.

The judge in the case also established a trust in Dannielynn's name, and named Larry Birkhead and creepy Howard as co-trustees.

There's still something really shady about Larry and Howard that we can't quite put our finger on. The way they became BFF's after the trial was creepy. What do you guys think?

I think you’re a douchebag for not realizing that two people are trying to put their differences aside and put a little girl first. Whether you like it or not or can accept it or not, Anna named Stern the executor of her estate. It would only be more of a headache if Birkhead tried to fight Stern; and all that would have done is have an affect on Dannielynn. I think she's been though enough and she'll have enough issues to do with. She doesn’t need anymore. Let Anna rest in peace already

i say she should get to rest in peace. she tried to get her life together it was just harder for her....and they don't need to be at war because whats the point... then dont need to put her daughter in that position... let annes dream of her daughter being happy just come true.

i think Howard just realized that Dannielynn is all he has left of Anna Nicole, so if he ever wants to get to see her, he better play nice
