Daniel Smith's Inquest Date Set

Are we finally going to find out what happened to Daniel Smith? It was announced that the lagged inquest will in fact begin on October 30 in the Bahamas.

"At last we might finally get to the bottom of what happened to my grandson that night," Virgie Arthur, told reporters. "I just pray that we discover the truth about exactly how and why a fit and healthy 20-year-old boy died. I plan to be there every day to hear for myself what really happened."

We all know he had all sorts of drugs in his system when he dies but what will be released is how, when and why he used to drugs. Too bad his mother didn't live long enough to know what happened to her son.

Word around Virgies place here in montgomery is that the only reason she is at the inquest is to get notes for another book she is helping to write.she is not popular here at all and people are sick of her.also there are rumours that things between her and her husband are not too good right now.

I will be bonkers if this inquest does not happen on October 30th. Howard Stern has delayed this inquest so many times with his many, many expensive lawyers. He hasn't worked for at least 3 years,and even said in court in Florida that he was lving off Anna's money. I think that Howard is a psychopath, or has some very serious psychiatric problem. When they were in Florida making arrangements for Anna's funeral,he called Access Magazine (or some other magazine) to have them cover the funeral and photograph it. How cold is that. Daniel hated and was afraid of Howard Stern. He was very upset that Howard was giving his mother pills continually, and Howard liked her being in a stupor so that he could make all the decisions, financial, etc. He even told the household, that if Daniel called, not to put it through to this mother. There are people who are afraid of Howard Stern, and are in hiding till they are called to testify. It was also overheard that Anna Nicole told Howard Stern, YOU KILLED DANIEL!!!
