Birkhead Loses in Florida - Anna Nicole Smith

Larry Birkhead just got screwed in Florida. A Florida family court judge just rejected a request to take a DNA sample from Dannielynn to prove that he is the father of Anna Nicole’s child.

The judge did however, agree to "help" the California judge with any DNA evidence necessary.

Judge Robert Schneider of Los Angeles County Superior Court will decide the paternity battle between Larry Birkhead and Howard K. Stern.

Come on Debra Opri, take your client and get your asses where they belong BAHAMAS, the child is in bahamas the courts in the U.S. can do what when the child is in another country and never been out of it? I hope Larry gets his daughter from the moment she was born this guy has been knocking on doors and his pleas have fallen on deaf ears, there are so many losers out there that would not have bothered let alone perserved every time they hit another closed door!

I think this circus world of media, is so crazy. They exagerrated everything just to maked it seem worse than what it possibly is. And on a semi-serious note. Maury would have been and done the paternity test!

I always knew this world was one big messed up place,but come on.Here's a guy trying to do the right thing for his child and it seems like everyones out to stop him.After all the dead beat dad's out there people should be happy this guy wants to be part of his childs life.Not to mention he's the only living parent this poor child has.I think it's time to give this guy a break so he can live happily ever after with his kid.That's every parents right.So wake up People.
