Who's the Daddy? The question that's been lingering in everyone’s minds all year is about to be answered. In the latest Anna Nicole Smith baby drama Howard K Stern has dropped his bid today to block the release of DNA test results that could reveal the faith of Dannielynn.
The Associated Press is reporting that Stern's attorney withdrew the challenge when it appeared a Bahamas court was going to reject his appeal. All three judges stated that Stern had filed his challenge too late and should have raised his objections before the Supreme Court ordered DNA testing in the paternity challenge filed by Larry Birkhead.
Justice Emmanuel E. Osadebay pointed out that Stern himself had agreed to DNA testing and waited until a week after the sample was taken to file the challenge. As of now, Stern is listed as the baby’s daddy on the birth certificate. The child's DNA was tested March 21 but the results have not been revealed but might be revealed sometime this week. Honestly this story is getting old and the results should be revealed as soon as possible so everyone can move on with their lives.
