DNA results for the Anna Nicole Smith case is in and the winner is (drum roll please)........Larry Birkhead.

Birkhead walked out of the Bahamian Supreme Court in joy and pumped his fist to the crowds after hearing the results and announced "My baby's going to be coming home pretty soon." Birkhead has been dealing with the ongoing paternity case for Anna's six month old daughter Dannielyn for awhile. We are actually glad Dannielynn has Larry as her father instead of Howard.

Genetic evidence expert Dr. Michael Baird who analyzed the results announced the results outside the court. "Essentially, he's the biological father," Baird said.

Now that the paternity has been unveiled, custody will follow. Larry Birkhead will appear in court on Friday for the custody hearing.

Howard K. Stern announced that he will not fight for custody but he did imply that he will fight to not give custody to Anna Nicole's mother Virgie Arthur.

hi, i just have to say that i am glad that this is over with...and i hope larry really cares and loves his daughter and dont let her grow up wrongly. I do want to say that i agree with the person who posted earlier, please ppl its not right to judge others from what u see on tv bc eight out of ten they are just acting..."its called entertainment" just some ppl take it a little to far!! I should know im a actress and i may be young (not perfect btw) but it just isnt right...but anyways there are some things she did i may have disagreed with, but i refuse to be disrepectful to her bc she is no longer here and its already a shame that they cant stop rubbing in some of the stuff she's done already. I just wish larry and dannielynn the best of luck. :D

Or course is it not what Anna would have wanted. It is the "right" thing to do. She had no morals, decency or values.....So of course she would have wanted it differently. She was a druggie, she was drugged up in hr pregnancy and afterwards. She did not deserve to be that babies Mother and was unfit.....This little girl has a much better chance at a good life, now that ANS is no longer in it.....it is a sad and horrible thing to say, but I feel it is the truth!

CONGRATS TO LARRY......For once ANS did not get to screw an innocent person over. This child will now be able to have as normal of a life as possible. This man was lied to and denied rights to his child for way too long.....Now go get that baby and love her as much as you can Larry, make up for lost time and be a wonderful Daddy to her. That little girl needs all the love and stability just as any other child.
