Anna Nicole's Psychiatrist Turns Herself in

Anna Nicole Smith’s former psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich turned herself in to the Los Angeles Police Department this morning to face the charges that she provided her with addictive prescription drugs.

Eroshevich showed up to the Van Nuys Police Station at 10:30AM and was booked shortly after. Her bail was set at $20,000, and she was released soon afterwards.

She was the last of the three to turn herself over to the authorities after being charged.

Howard K. Stern Plans on Fighting Charges

Howard K. Stern was able to post bail last night and immediately following, did was he does best. Talk to the press.

He called ET right away to defend himself, saying he plans on fighting the charges raised against him, which is six felony counts for allegedly conspiring to provide Anna Nicole Smith with massive amounts of prescription drugs. Larry Birkhead Defends His Lingerie Purchase

Just last week Larry Birkhead made headlines when he bought pieces of lingerie once worn by Anna Nicole Smith to hand over to his daughter Dannielynn. His $3,000 bid wasn’t received highly, as he was criticized for his actions.

Hollyscoop caught up with Larry Birkhead last night at the “Hancock” movie premiere and asked him if he wanted to defend his purchase and what his thoughts were on the negative publicity he received.

Dannielynn Declared Heir to Anna Nicole's Estate

Dannielynn hasn't even had her second birthday yet and she's already a multi-millionaire. Anna Nicole Smith's daughter was just declared the sole heir to her mothers estate.

The judge in the case also established a trust in Dannielynn's name, and named Larry Birkhead and creepy Howard as co-trustees.
