Howard K. Stern appeared in court this morning alongside Anna Nicole Smith’s two former psychiatrists Khristine Eroshevich and Sandeep Kapoor. All three pleaded not guilty to supplying Anna with drugs that eventually led to her death.

Stern and the two others are accused on six felony counts of prescribing, administering, and dispensing a controlled substance to an addict.

According to new reports, Howard K. Stern is planning on pleading not guilty to allegations that he was partially responsible for Anna Nicole Smith’s death.

He's accused of conspiring with two doctors to supply the former Playmate of the Year with the cocktail of drugs that killed her in 2007.

More trouble ahead for Howard K. Stern. Anna Nicole Smith’s father is now considering suing Stern for wrongful death.

Donald Hogan blames him completely for the way things turned out for his daughter, and is finally speaking up about it.

Hogan tells E! News, "I would urge Virgie to think about this; this is wrongful death. And personally I don't care if we get a dime out of it. Not one dime."

Florida officials have decided to reexamine the circumstances surrounding Anna Nicole Smith’s death.

Howard K. Stern was arrested earlier this month, along with doctors Sandeep Kapoor and Khristine Eroshevich, for allegedly supplying Anna Nicole with prescription medicine.

Anna Nicole Smith’s former psychiatrist Khristine Eroshevich turned herself in to the Los Angeles Police Department this morning to face the charges that she provided her with addictive prescription drugs.

Eroshevich showed up to the Van Nuys Police Station at 10:30AM and was booked shortly after. Her bail was set at $20,000, and she was released soon afterwards.

She was the last of the three to turn herself over to the authorities after being charged.

He called ET right away to defend himself, saying he plans on fighting the charges raised against him, which is six felony counts for allegedly conspiring to provide Anna Nicole Smith with massive amounts of prescription drugs. Remember Howard K. Stern? He was the creepy guy that was always around Anna Nicole Smith.

After Anna's death, a lot of close friends and family insisted he was responsible for her death, and it turns out their allegations may have been right on the dot.

Just last week Larry Birkhead made headlines when he bought pieces of lingerie once worn by Anna Nicole Smith to hand over to his daughter Dannielynn. His $3,000 bid wasn’t received highly, as he was criticized for his actions.
