Anna Faris is enjoying a new blonder hair-do and a white-hot career starring in the new flick, "What's You Number" but she says she actually quit acting for a bit.
The starlet stopped by "The Late Show with David Letterman" and says she almost gave up on her career, "I quit acting in college. I just didn't think it was practical."
This is true. Acting in college isn't practical. Eating top ramen exclusively and doing jager bomb shots before that sociology midterm...those things are practical in college. But acting? Nahhhh
But then she decided to try out acting again when she realized she wasn't good at anything else. hahah, wait what?
"I don't really know how to do anything with computers," she laughs, "I had no other options career-wise!"
Right, because the career world is divided into two categories: "acting jobs" or "something to do with computers - jobs." You fall into either one of those and categories or nothing else! Can't act? Can't type? Sorry 'bout it.
Despite her college break from acting, she says her parents are very proud of her career choices, even though they wish she would do some movies other than R-Rated comedies.
"I don't know why they were so supportive, but they were. Although I don't think they wanted me to go into spoof comedy." says Ana who starred in "Scary Movie."
"My mom wanted me to be like Amelia Earhart or Joan of Arc. Lofty! Instead I'm queen of spoof comedies."
Because Anna is doing the press rounds for her new movie, she's been very very generous with spilling almost too much information about her life.
In the movie "What's Your Number" she plays a chick that has hooked up with 20 dudes and revisits all of them to find Mr. Right. Anna reveals that her real life "number" is 5. Meaning, she's slept with 5 dudes before finding her current husband Chris Pratt.
"Don't you think five is kind of low? I'm 34!" says Faris. Let's just say there's some cast members on The Jersey Shore that probably hit that number in one day on the Jersey boardwalk.
Faris also gives more details about her sex-life. TMI!
"I'm not a very good lover," she reveals. You know, there are some things you reveal to the press...and this is not one of those. That is something that your husband will complain about to his sex therapist or accidentally reveals on a Vegas trip with his boys, but nowhere else.
Despite all that, she says she wants to beat Angelina Jolie in game of "who has more spawn?"
"I would love to have eight kids! I don't think I can handle it though," says the actress, "I've never done that before, but I do want a lot of kids."
