The studio is probably really psyched they spent $100 million to make the movie The Tourist, seeing as though it made only $17 million here, and $25 million worldwide.

Not such a great start for the Johnny Depp- Angelina Jolie thriller! The film totally bombed but still managed to come in second place to The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader. That was also kind of a flop—it made only $24.5 million domestically.

You know there’s a million people out there kicking themselves for not spending their $12.50 on Black Swan this weekend because they were expecting an insane film. I mean, the way that movie was publicized, it’s kind of pathetic that it did so poorly.

Some are saying it’s Jolie to blame—her last box office #1 movie was Mr. and Mrs. Smith, while Depp’s track record is infinitely better.
