Angelina Jolie's $26 Dress

Angelina Jolie stepped out with her man Brad for her "A Mighty Heart" premiere in a $26 vintage dress but dressed it up with a pair of $1000+ Christian Louboutin shoes.

Jolie told Access Hollywood that she found the crushed velvet black frock at the vintage store Wasteland on Melrose Avenue in LA.

Note: As long as you're wearing a fabulous pair of heels, it doesn't matter if you got your dress from Cavalli or Target.

The REAL punchline to this is that I found out the shoes are $800 she's wearing. So, it's not like she's trying to be like the "little people" shopping at Good Will or something. It continues to amaze me how women will spend that kinda coin for a pair of black pumps that, to my obviously caveman eyes, look exactly like $30 ones you could buy at Payless. I like Angelina's good will work but she's getting pretty diva-ish. Maybe Brad's rubbing off on her :)

Doesn't mention either that she ONLY talked about how cheap her dress is but didn't say anything about her shoes... I don't have anything against prices when it comes to celebrities but trying to make herself look like 'us'...please. I love Angelina but this whole 26$ thing is ridiculous.

Doesn't mention anything about how she made the media interviewing her sign letters agreeing not to discuss her personal life or else. Plus, she originally refused to let FoxNews on the site at all even though they gave her movie a favorable review, until, that is, Paramount forced her to allow them access. Figures all they want to talk about is the premiere itself and the dresses...
