Angelina Jolie might be a new mom to a 3-year-old by as soon as 3 weeks from now. Officials are reviewing Jolie’s file and should be finished by March 31st at the latest.
Jolie is not getting special treatment and the reason that her paperwork is being completed so quickly is because the boy is older and
his files were already nearly complete.
Orphanage director Nguyen Van Trung told the
Associated Press that the boy Jolie plans to adopt was abandoned at a Ho Chi Minh City hospital as an infant and then taken to the orphanage, where the staff tried, without success, to locate his parents.
"He is in good health," Trung said, adding that he gets along with the other children and likes playing soccer. "He is a little bit shy." Awww...Maddox is getting a little brother to play soccer with. Kudos to Jolie.
