Angelina Jolie: The Writer

Angelina Jolie is really determined to leave her mark as a Goodwill Ambassador. Jolie has written an essay in the upcoming issue of The Economist calling for justice in Darfur.

According to the Guardian, you can find her essay in a special section which is dedicated for predictions for 2008.

This isn't the first time Jolie has written an essay about the Sudanese region. In February, she wrote a piece for the Washington Post discussing the genocide in Darfur.

hey yenta brenda .... no jealousy here - I wouldn't trade places with that chic if you paid me... nor would I want to be one of her jet lagged children. I'm merely pointing out the obvious. You sound like a fool with "brad's a hot babysitter"... I can see you've missed the point. It's sad that the Jolie lunatics are so taken in with her looks that they fail to read between the lines. Also, poptart, fyi Madonna is with her children and they have homes in london and NY (the last I heard) ... Don't even compare. Plus she's married, which has grounded her to a degree. Jolie is still a loose cannon who doesn't know how to be a good wife or partner. That's why she has said many times that she was ok with being a single mom to Maddox and unfortunately that's why Brad is stuck being a diaper bag/bottle/child holder for her.

K you sound jealous???? Give the girl a brake thery love there kids and you don't know what goes on between them. Brad is a hot baby sitter they have done more for 3rd world countrys then any other stars so look at Madonna she never is with her kid and she is the biggest HO there is....

how can anyone take her seriously? I'm sorry, I know people change and all but who can erase the images of a sex craved superstar/vixen?This women looks like she has one too many things on her plate and it shows in her appearance. It's so crazy watching her day in and day out adopt children at a rapid rate, give birth, film movies, attend premieres, fly all over the country with kids in tow and tend to refugees and NOT think at some point this chic is going to collapse. I don't worship that kind of behavior, I think she's a little off her rocker. Everything in moderation. She seems to love juggling - why not take a year to do film, a year off to just be with the kids, a year to do her UN work with 3rd world countries.... seriously why NOT? Oh that's right she promises to do that next year! Bullshit. And Brad is nothing more to her than a babysitter. She doesn't need him nor does she appreciate him. She has always discussed the two of them having a partnership for the sake of the children and "getting" together for the children. Never once has she said she was madly in love. She always down plays it. Makes it seem like it was a business deal and all about having children. He is no where on her list of priorities. No wonder Jane Pitt can't stand her.
