Remember when Angelina Jolie was a dark, depressed, brother-kissing rebel? Yeah, it was pretty disturbing.
Those days are long gone, but Angelina says she still has her inner bad girl.
Jolie told 60 Minutes' Bob Simon: "I'm still a bad girl. I still have that side of me…it's just in its place now. It belongs to Brad—or our adventures."
Just in case anyone was starting to feel comfortable with their relationship, Angelina reminds us she lured him in, and she's not ashamed of it.
Jolie continues that she "went through heavier, darker times and I survived them."
And who knows what kind of sh-t she was into, but it sounds pretty bad:
"I didn’t die young, so I am very lucky."
She's probably referring to her relationship with Billy Bob. God bless the man, but he just looks like the type of person who's constantly checking WebMD to figure out which STD he has.
"There are other artists and people that didn’t survive certain things," Jolie elaborated. "People can imagine that I did the most dangerous, and I did the worst… for many reasons, I shouldn't be here…You just. . . too many times where you came close to too many dangerous things, too many chances taken too, too far."
Definitely talking about Billy Bob.
Angelina's inner freak is confirmed by her former assistant and friend.
"She tries to hide it, but she has a crazy side to her that's beyond just being quirky," said the former assistant, according to In Touch.
Remember that vial of blood she used to carry around? Well, according to this pal, she's still not over that.
"When Angelina's kids get cuts and scrapes, she saves their discarded bandages in a jar. She thinks she's being edgy and artistic, but to others, she just seems weird."
Among some examples of her "often compulsive behavior," the source tells the mag:
"She locks herself away in the basement everyday and exercises for hours. No one is to bother her during that time."
That actually doesn't sound bizarre, it sounds awesome. Minus the exercise, at least.
There's always been a lot of attention over Jolie's thin frame, and in 2007, she explained:
"I have always been lean, and this year I lost my mum and I've gone through a lot. Instead of people saying I look like a person dealing with something emotionally, they assume it's because I want to fit into skinny jeans."
