Hollywood moms Angelina Jolie and Gwen Stefani combined their miniature clan on Monday when they got their kids together for a play date. Angelina and her brood were all seen leaving Gwen’s London home.
The kids had colorful faces that looked like they’d been playing with the markers. Either that, or there’s some weird Hollywood baby cult they just got initiated into.
Gwen’s youngest son, Zuma, wasn’t there, but Kindston led the way while Angelina had her kids in tow. I would list all of Angelina’s kids but I don’t think my computer has enough memory.
Stefani and the boys are also pals with the Beckhams, and the moms have been spotted on a few Hollywood play dates themselves. Back in 2008, the Beckham boys and Stefani brothers hit up Colour Be Mine, a pottery studio.
Gwen and Victoria have plenty in common aside from motherhood. They’re both singers and both fashion designers. Well, I don’t know if Posh Spice counts as a singer anymore. But fashion designers…they’ve got that one.
And the Beckham boys are also friends with another celebrity offspring—Suri Cruise. Lock down a Beckham while you still can, Suri.
Suzanne Hansen, nanny to the stars, says “It's hard for stars to be able to steer their child into friendships with non-famous kids, because people are in awe of them.” She continues, “The stars don't know if the other moms are going to be trustworthy or sell information to the tabloids. Only the B- and C-list ones are open to really getting to know moms that aren't in the business."
What about Apple? Gwyneth Paltrow says her kids, Apple and Moses hang out with some pretty high-profile people.
“I have friends like STELLA McCARTNEY or MADONNA, and very often our children get together to play. Usually we leave them (the children) in bed and stay to drink a glass of wine!"
Visions of my childhood are suddenly resurfacing.
Melissa Joan Hart and Soleil Moon Frye are apparently BFFs, too.
"Pretty much our whole lives—we met when we were 5 or 6, on a movie," says Hart.
They plan to pass their friendship onto their kids, though it hasn’t always gone so well.
“There's accidental whacking each other in the head with toys," Hart reveals. “Then there's Mason's crush on Poet. He tries to love on her, but she's like, 'Go away!'"
